The house was very clean, with a great layout. Wonderfully decorated and furniture was comfortable. The way the cabin was situated on lot had a very private deck.
Excellent location, lovely cabin, well fitted with appropriate decor. Thanks to the host for changing our booking due to a medical emergency. We loved it - highly recommendedThank you
We really enjoyed the cabin. It had everything we needed. Having two master suites was really nice ! The beds were comfortable and the furniture in the living room was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the deck. Rent this cabin, you won’t be disappointed. Robin C
Great place to stay in a great location for access to Branson and the setting in the woods was beautiful. Would stay there again next time to Branson. Thanks for a great experience!

This cabin was very clean and well-furnished. Easy peasy access to Top of the Rock and a Dollar General 1 mile away. It is secluded and quiet, yet easy access to road, convenience, fun. Would stay again!
This was a fabulous cabin. Everything we needed for a relaxing get away vacation. Remote enough to be by ourselves, but close enough to enjoy all that was available.
Love this property! Located close to everything without all the noise and traffic when staying in Branson. Very clean property and has everything to make your stay great! Host/hostess is great to deal with. Wont stay anywhere else when coming to the Branson area.
Wrote to this host months before arrival. Never heard from her. When we arrived there was a boil water order and we were not notified of it only read a sign entering the area. I had skin surgery and was on my honeymoon so staying there was not an option. The stones to the front door were not level and there was no hand rails. I told host I was bringing a 86 year old man using a cane but she never responded to my message saying this might not be a good fit for your situation. The roof was completely covered with leaves and debris. The windows so dirty. We never even entered the house. This host was unkind and totally unsupportive of my needs. She said this is about money for me because I’m a business woman! We had driven 4 hours from Saint Louis, Mo and were on our honeymoon and 87th birthday celebration for our friend now trying to find a place to stay. Would not recommend this property.

I am sorry that you had a bad experience but what happened was totally because you didn't due your due diligence.
First of all, your issue could have totally been avoided if you had properly investigated your needs before you booked my cabin. You never asked if it was handicap accessible and if you had I would have told you that it would not work for someone with mobility issues. We are not required to say that it is not handicap accessible, if it was handicap accessible we would have stated that.
Secondly, you never mentioned an 86 yr old man with a cane. This is a copy and paste of everything that you sent me “Coming down after my wedding with my friend from nursing school. We graduated school in 1977 so we have been friends for 51 years. I’m a first time older bride and I’m so excited to stay in this beautiful log cabin! “ No mention of any mobility issues and you made the reservation for 1 person not 4. We have many Honeymoon couples that come and stay and absolutely love the cabin. When you called upon arrival I immediately answered the phone and tried to help you but you were confrontational, threatening, and totally uncooperative. You chose not to stay because of things totally out of my control.
The boil order was a non issue because it was lifted right before you arrived. They issue one anytime there is a slight break or problem with the line out of an abundance of caution and lift them after everything continues to test normal for several days. I explained this to you and told you that it had been lifted. I offered to let you stay in a 3 bdr cabin with a totally flat entrance at no extra cost and you wouldn’t even look at it. Your reservation had my property’s dates blocked since December and you wanted to cancel when you arrived without even looking in the cabin. According to the cancellation policy I did not have to refund anything. I did refund ½ of your payment to help you. My cabin’s are rustic real log cabin rentals, they are not a hotel. If you had specific needs you should have inquired about them. I value my guests and anyone can see from all of our 5 star reviews that the cabin is NOT as you described it.
Nice cabin in a beautiful and quiet setting. Large deck with grill, dining table and easy chairs. Very convenient access to Top of the Rock, Big Cedar Lodge and Fun Mountain as well as Dogwood Canyon. Only a twenty minute drive to Branson Landing and Sight and Sound Theater. We had a very enjoyable stay.
