Enjoy peace and quiet while enjoying the beauty of the nature that surrounds you, or exploring the private trail system throughout the property. Breezy Acres is situated on 40 acres of forest, wetlands and a hobby horse farm.

26ft trailer with full Kitchen, bathroom with shower/small tub, separate queen bedroom, 2 single bunks, and dinette/sofa convert for additional sleeping space. Comfortably accommodates 6-8 guests.
Up to 2 pets are welcome but they must not be left alone in the trailer
Indoor and outdoor cooking/dining, fire pit with seating for 4.
High speed wifi internet and cable tv with Netflix included.
Nature trails throughout property, backing onto a seasonal road popular for dirt biking, ATV's, horseback riding. Yes, we welcome your horses too!

Relaxing and convenient
The trailer's location was a bit more secluded than I anticipated; only the one trailer behind a utility shed and surrounded by woods. However, it was very peaceful and a quick 10-15 minute drive to downtown New Glasgow or in the other direction, Melmerby Beach! In fact, it was much closer to my mother's apartment (10 mins) than I expected, making it very convenient for me!

Why they chose this property

We chose to move to this area in 2022 because we liked how close it was to the beach, the PEI ferry and while we are in a country setting, we are still only 10-15min from shopping.

What makes this property unique

We love our property. Seeing the wildlife, walking and creating new hiking trails and not being so close to neighbors are all great things. Our favorite part though is being able to lookout the window and seeing our horses out grazing on the pasture.
