What a wonderful place to stay! It was a great location, very clean, and the team was very helpful. It was nice being away from the busy South Shore but easy to get to when we wanted run up there. We would stay here again!

Great location for avoiding traffic and crowds. The neighborhood is very quiet with very little car traffic which made it perfect for daily walks with children and dogs with access to Washoe Meadows State Park and the Upper Truckee River right out the front door. The pedestrian bridge over the river offers a quick route to Lake Baron and the weekly farmer's market as well as breakfast at the Getaway Cafe. The Holiday Market is only 5 minutes away and beautifully stocked with goodies. The living spaces are large and quite comfortable for a family group. The communications from RnR team were excellent. We had a great time.

This place was immaculate! Exceptionally clean rental, very spacious - the master was roomy and comfortable. Kids loved the bunk room. Great location in the middle of Sierra Tahoe and South Lake. The host even gave us a heads up about the driveway being icy - put salt down prior to our arrival. Wonderful stay!

The property is in a great location within easy access to the bike trail system. Everything was as advertised which made a great base camp for our vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On the whole, this house worked fine. The property management was quick to respond when we needed repair from a bear's visit. The house is not in great condition, and it needs some amenities, mainly in the upstairs bathrooms, which have to be shared, but which don't have enough, or any, towel bars and hooks for the number of users. Also, there are no games, except the fusbol table, so that title is misleading. I would recommend this property to a friend with caveats about the condition of the house.

The home was beautiful, with all amenities. Nice sized yard, plenty of garage space, a clean quiet neighborhood. Large dining table for the family as well as a nice deck for enjoying morning coffee in the cool mornings.

We especially love that grandkids can ride their bikes over the new bridge to Paradise Park. Our family typically rents yearly from RnR Vacation Rentals. Everything is always in order and if a problem occurs, they are quick to resolve it.

We were able to find this amazing home that accommodated our 3 families and our daughters small dog (they even had everything set up for the dog). The home was very comfortable and met all our needs. One of our best 4th's to date... We hope to come back again.
