We loved our time at this cabin. It was just the right size for our small family and a great location. Very close to great fishing, quiet, and beautiful, while still being close to Gunnison and Crested Butte.

Have stayed numerous times and love this place. Clean, quiet, great deck and fire pit! Perfect for a mountain getaway with easy access to fishing, rafting, hiking and the amenities of Crested Butte.

This is not a “luxury“ property. However, it was more than adequate for our two couples. The property was very clean and well maintained. It is located up Spring Creek Road, nestled in beautiful mountains. The cabin is not on the creek, but creek access is a short walk away. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms and really the entire cabin was clean. It is definitely a good base camp for a variety of outdoor pursuits. Plus, it is within easy driving distance of both Gunnison and Crested Butte. We enjoyed our stay.

The cabin was perfect for our family of 5! It was very clean and it was great having a washer and dryer to do laundry. We would absolutely recommend this cabin and will definitely be back!

Wonderful cabin with a spacious kitchen. Located conveniently between Crested Butte and Gunnison. Great place to venture out to see the beautiful fall foliage.

Perfect cabin for our Colorado Christmas Trip

We absolute loved our stay at the cabin. It was stocked with all the necessities and very clean and well kept. Brian was super helpful with our check in as well. It is the perfect distance between Gunni and CB! Its also under an hour from Monarch Ski Resort which we chose over skiing in CB due to low cost

Piney woods retreat by stream

Property was great, as listed. Bathrooms were nice. Beds comfy. It was peak pine pollen season which was (achoo!) unpleasant.

Great place to stay

Really nice house nestled in between mountains with great views. Very quiet location. We didn’t see another car until we got to the main highway the whole time we stayed there. The house is midway between Gunnison and Crested Butte. The house is a little off the beaten path but very nice nonetheless. The only complaint would be no televisions in the bedrooms but it didn’t bother us at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome!

It was very clean and had all the things we needed. We bought sugar for our coffee not knowing if we would need it or not and ended up cleaning out the hummingbird feeders and putting fresh sugar water in them. They seem bigger there than in TN. It was perfect!!!
