Our home is surrounded by mountains, yet just minutes from town, the ski base area, a short walk to hiking trails and the Slate River. This gorgeous luxury home sits lakeside amid the breathtaking Elk Mountains in Crested Butte, CO. This is a 3,000SF home with four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. A stunning open gourmet kitchen, large gathering room and master bathroom with steam shower, large tub and a dual sink vanity are all located on the first floor.

After a busy day of adventures in Crested Butte you can come home and enjoy the outdoor hot tub nestled near the lake just steps from the backdoor with expansive views of the surrounding mountains. Afterwards relax fireside in the Great room with vaulted ceilings, Douglas fir beams, reclaimed hardwood floors, and in-floor radiant heating. Equipped with a large screen ROKU streaming TV, internet video services using the wireless network or your Bluetooth compatible devices, and Sonos music system. There is also a cozy reading nook upstairs. WiFi is available throughout the house.

The large, bright kitchen has all the modern amenities a top chef requires with a gas cook top, large oven with convection capability, as well as a microwave oven. Surrounded by windows, you can enjoy spectacular views of your mountain paradise while cooking. A custom granite eat-in counter-top adjoins the dining room with seating for eight. The open concept floor plan makes entertaining a snap in the adjoining great room. High end finishes abound with travertine tile, custom refinished barn wood flooring and wainscoting, massive exposed wood beams, radiant floor heating with fresh air exchanger and Edison lighting.

The first floor Master Suite has a luxurious king size memory foam bed with spacious storage and large TV. The master bathroom has a large tub, large steam shower and dual sink vanity. The upstairs has one junior master suite with a queen bed and a full private bathroom. The second upstairs bedroom also has a queen bed and it shares a large dual sink vanity full bathroom with the third upstairs bedroom, appointed with a set of twin beds. Upstairs bedrooms have spacious closets and blackout window treatments in case you want to sleep in. There is an abundance of storage space throughout and a massive laundry/utility room located on the second floor with views of the Butte.
