Our stay in the Gatlinburg condo was excellent. The proximity to town (especially during a holiday week) was exceptional, and the updated condo was wonderful. The beds were comfy and the living room was nice to hang out in. We enjoyed the large TVs for football as well. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location for downtown activities

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. The price of the unit was actually slightly less than a hotel stay with more room and our own kitchen. Downtown was a short walk from the unit, saving us time in traffic and money for parking. Easy checkin process. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for a great stay.

This condo is close to everything. Really cute for a small group traveling. Side note- bring quarters to wash clothes. The condo itself does not offer one but there is a laundry room on same floor.

Perfect Spot

It was lovely, great weather, coffee in the community rocking chairs overlooking the mountains...see if you see the giraffe (tree) top of the tree line...and a friendly bear visiting (we did not see). The grounds supervisor was friendly and kind along with other guests staying there. A nice walk down hill to town...just remember the final stretch back is up hill. I highly recommend!

Overall nice place. Loved the bedrooms having their own bathrooms. Within walking distance to downtown but it is uphill so keep that in mind. Only complaint I had was the hot tub was down so access to the pool was hard to get to and they didnt mention that in the rental documents. Also, the AC in one of the bedrooms was vented from the living so it was a little warm when the door was shut. Other than that, it was what was expected. Got to see a bear the first night there so that was exciting.

I don’t give bad reviews but I think people should be more transparent in their reviews. This place needs some things addressed. Asked about fireplace once arrived no response. Walking is tougher than explained it is a hike up and downhill very steep parking area hard to maneuver a large vehicle. 6 towels in the entire place and the towels were so old they are see through. Very disappointed in the quality. All of the dishes were dirty like they had been rinsed and shoved in cabinets. Since I have to give a positive the view off porch was decent but not as magical as described. The master bed was not comfortable at all. Very tiny space.
