Modern 2400 sq. ft 4 story townhouse w/ rooftop deck in the heart of Denver's historic Five Points neighborhood. Close to restaurant row, light-rail, Coors field, downtown Denver's 16th St Mall, Denver Zoo and Museum of Nature and Science in City Park.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Strict policy - only guests who have booked allowed on the premises. NO PARTIES. I have had issues with guests using the house to throw parties. Neighbors are very sensitive to this! (Police have been called) Guests will be asked to leave if they if they violate the above.

Denver weekend

We chose this location for an easy 30 minute walk to a rockies game. We weren't aware of a weekend festival in the area so parking was a bit difficult for check in. Our last day was ok parking but be aware of local events unless your staying for that reason. Neighbors partied late into the evening, but again maybe it was just due to the festival in the area. Nice location otherwise.

Bigger than expected, with multiple living spaces and nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfy beds. Good water pressure. Neighborhood is close to downtown, 15 mins walking from some bars and restaurants. Safe to walk around at night.

Weekend in Denver

This was our second stay at Darren’s condo in Five Points. Great condo with tons of room for the 4 of us to have our space. First class stay and Darren is very accommodating and responsive for any questions. Will definitely be staying here a 3rd time!!! Thanks Darren for another successful trip.

Great stay!

This property was perfect for us. We were three couples in town for the weekend and could not have been happier with our stay. Everything was as described. It was clean, comfortable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time we are in town.

Had 5 guys for a 3 night stay and it worked out perfect. Close enough to most places you can walk and or Uber for a very cheap rate. Had all the cookware and whatnot needed for anything you need to do as well as a gas grill.

First time in Denver and picked the right place. While narrow, the house is very spacious, spread over four levels. It's also very centrally located. Darren was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive. The house rules are fair and are conspicuously located for convenience. If I return to Denver I'd definitely stay there again.

Very Nice Property

The property was very nice, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to downtown. We used Uber and the train for our commute downtown and it was fast and easy. We will definitely consider Darren's beautiful townhome for future trips to Denver.

Very nice house in great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Darren's home. He was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. House was very clean, in a great location just minutes from downtown, and there was plenty of space for 6 of us. My only criticism was the bed in the master bedroom was a double which was not ideal for 2 of us and pretty uncomfortable. Other than that everything was great!

This house was the perfect size for our group of 6 adults with plenty of room for us to spread out. The house was clean and spacious and each room had its own bathroom. The house had everything we needed. The location felt safe and was very convenient to downtown Denver.
