Very happy with lovely spacious house in a great location. The owner was fabulous, leaving fresh flowers and a stocked fridge, which made arriving after a transatlantic flight so much easier. Great communication throughout the stay and would 100% recommend.

This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The host is kind and responsive. I loved all her notes everywhere to point me in the right direction. She put so much thought into every small touch, whether it was holistic products in the bathroom or the best culinary tools. The art throughout is beautiful, everything is clean, and the patios are lovely places to enjoy lunch, dinner, or to telework. Both of our children were very comfortable here. Attached is some of the art in the townhome.

Cherry Creek is the Diamond Jewel of Denver. Waldorf Astoria coming soon and more and more expensive condos/rentals and high-end restaurants currently under construction
Walkable and a great vibe

What makes this property unique

Denver requires short term rentals to be your primary residence so I live in it, but I will vacate and go to my second home in Naples if someone would like to rent my property. So I have treated it as my own, as it is, and just got the best amenities that I could afford.
