Great place to stay, close to NCU which is why we picked this place. Also close to downtown. Felt very safe in this area and the parking was great.Close enough to the Outlet Mall and Mall of America’s that you can do both in one day if you wanted to.Communication with host was excellent.

Nice place to stay in Minneapolis

Clean, and near all amenities. Can walk to town center . the host very friendly and assistive. However, don't order stuff to the address, it will be snatched by street walkers!

5 star stay! Clean, modern, updated, uncluttered space. Great location that felt very friendly & safe. Easy parking. Cool shower with skylight. I could see blue sky and clouds while showering. 😊 Would go back.

Encountered a few minor problems (descriptor of lockbox location was wrong; WIFi router was unplugged and non-discoverable; dishwasher didn’t work), but hosts were VERY responsive. Description should mention flight of stairs to the apartment.

Lovely Spot!

I stayed here for two weeks in July/August 2024. The condo was clean, comfortable and well-stocked with everything I needed to cook and keep things tidy. I especially appreciated the sun-filled living room in the mornings, the cozy sitting area adjacent to the kitchen, and desk space to spread out on for work. Was glad to have an off-street parking spot. The beautiful tree out front provided shade and entertainment from the neighborhood birds. The building is located close to major thruways and highways, and is near downtown, the Minneapolis Convention Center, grocery stores and restaurants. I would choose to stay here again based on my experience.
