The Space:
This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit will comfortably sleep 4 people with a queen in the main bedroom and a King Single and single in the 2nd bedroom. The unit is situated on the 1st floor with ground floor access from Dingle Ave and undercover secure parking one level down.
Please note that this property does not have air conditioning, however there are ceiling fans installed.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

No communication about little things like bed being missing from second bedroom and how to check in
My complaint is more with the property management than actual property. Had received no check in details one hour before check in so had to chase them down myself. After three hour drive to property find that there isn’t a real bed in second bedroom and a dangerous looking high portable bed less width than a standard single set up. It creaked and wobbled when I sat on it and it was as hard as an ironing board. Not possible for an adult to sleep in and a child would injure themselves falling out ( highly probable due to height). Rang emergency AH property management. They said, oh yes, the bed had broken and had not yet been replaced (hence sad mattress up against the wall next to ironing board posing as a bed). They said they thought a email had been sent to inform me but new ‘system’ was causing issues with email delivery. They had my mobile numbe but didn’t call. offered a roll away trundle or an alternative property that looked like a crack house for more money! Had to spend the evening frantically securing alternative accom for the week. Needed to pay almost twice as much. A week latter, I’m still chasing up part of my refund. About the property itself:
Pros:
1. Walking distance to Kings beach and cafes
2. Recently renovated nicely
3. Very reasonable rate for position
Cons:
1. You need to be a professional driver to get small car in garage
2. No air conditioning so stuffy
3. No wifi
4. Situated on busy intersection
5. Terrible property management and communication

We understand there were issues with your stay that are very unusual and we did our best to handle them as best as possible. We did try to call you in regards to the bed prior to your stay and we did leave a message for you to be advised. We are sorry if this message did not get through to you. We did do our best to offer you other options, such as a single rollaway bed however this was not an options for you. Unfortunately we did not have many properties available for your dates therefore we weren't able to give you many options to move to however we did our best to help you in the circumstances and provided you a full refund for your stay which we organised after hours.
