This was a great holiday house for our family to get together!The beds we’re comfortable and the house was very clean with lots of space. The pool was the favourite for all of us especially the 4 grandchildren. They swam for hours!!We would definitely stay again

Jazzy was an amazing host, and the property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, spacious, and more than large enough for our group of 12. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and Jazzy went above and beyond to help us return a very important item that was accidentally left behind. We really appreciated her effort and kindness.One small note for future guests, not a knock on the property, but something worth being aware of when booking. While the bunk beds and other double beds can accommodate two people, they will be a fairly tight fit for adults, especially the bunk beds. The mattresses also felt more like inflatable style mattresses than traditional mattresses, which was a little less comfortable than we expected.Overall, we had a great stay and would absolutely recommend the property. The house was fantastic, and Jazzy was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Nothing but high praise for her as a host.

Urban Oasis

Great house, with plenty of room, and a backyard oasis. We really enjoyed the awesome backyard and the pool! The house has plenty of room, a great kitchen, eating, and living areas. The house was well stocked too!

Perfect summer vacation in Surrey!

We were two families of four staying in the space and it was wonderful. The salt water pool and the hot tub were both much loved, as was the patio and the kitchen/dining/living combo. Jazzy and her husband were very accommodating and were fantastic hosts. They were there to help us adjust the pool heating as needed at the drop of the proverbial hat! Highly recommend!

We have been guests to over 20 vrbos as a large family who loves to travel together! Unfortunately, this house needs some upgrades to give the 5 stars from us. First of all, 4/6 mattresses need to be upgraded or replaced. For the price we paid, we hope to have a decent night sleep. Some of these mattresses felt like futon mattresses, soft, lumpy and horrible to sleep in. There was a distinct smell in the house that required some airing but even with that, we needed to buy some air fresheners. The pool was wonderful but requires covering every time it's not in use, otherwise you will receive an immediate text, even though we had to pay extra (150/day) for heating. The hottub temperature was like a luke warm bath and we couldn't get it to go any higher. The house temperature was wildly variable with some rooms having individual air conditioning and other rooms not being warm enough! Overall, nice neighborhood, responsive host but keep in mind, BC law requires someone to live on the property therefore you are sharing the vrbo with your host downstairs! Happy travels!

We’re sorry to hear that the mattresses did not meet your expectations. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we’ll be reviewing the mattresses and replacing or upgrading anything that is not up to the standard we want for the home. We also appreciate the comments regarding the house odor and room-to-room temperature variation, and we’ll be checking those items with our cleaning and maintenance teams. Regarding the pool cover, we do ask guests to keep the pool covered when it is not in use. This helps keep the pool clean, reduces evaporation, and supports responsible water use, which is especially important given local water restrictions. For the hot tub, it is fully capable of reaching a high temperature, but it appears it may have been left in the wrong operating mode during the stay. We’re always happy to help guests troubleshoot settings quickly if something does not seem right - please just message or call! To clarify for future guests, the home is set up in accordance with local requirements, and the rental space is private. We are available when needed but do our best to give guests their space and privacy throughout their stay. Thank you again for staying with us.
