This is easily the best property I have ever rented through VRBO! It was immaculately clean, well-stocked, towels and linens were fresh and new, A/C was powerful...everything about the place was fresh and welcoming overall. Check-in was simple and secure. Nice neighborhood, easy parking, and very conveniently located. The 210, 118, 405, and 5 freeways are all just minutes away. The property has its own secure, gated, and fenced front patio. The extra little touches were so appreciated...bottled water and soft drinks in the fridge, a selection of snacks in a basket, plus a little chalkboard with recommendations for local restaurants. Plenty of convenient retail nearby (Target, Home Depot, the historic San Fernando outdoor mall). Communication with the host was top notch and speedy. I ended up needing to add an extra day to my stay, and the whole process was handled by a friendly representative and completed in a matter of minutes. I travel to the Los Angeles area quarterly at a minimum, and will be booking this property for each trip going forward. This little gem of a guest house is as good as it gets!

Cozy

The place was cozy and convenient. My host was amazing! I only have one suggestion, either replace the shower curtain liner or sanitize it in bleach. Other than that everything was clean and I would 100% recommend.

Perfect little place

The unit was exactly as described. Super clean and had almost everything you could want. (My two suggestions would be to add a toaster oven and a reading light in the bedroom.) There's a 24 hour laundry a block away which is convenient, and a Target a short walk from the property too. There's tons of street parking if you have a car. Only complaint was the insane amount of barking dogs the first night I was there. But otherwise would definitely recommend this place and will try to stay here again if I'm back in the area.

Great Space!

I loved almost everything about this little private home. The street parking was ample and I never had to walk far, the host was communicative and helpful, the private entrance really was private, they provided everything we needed and even some unexpected things. Noise Note: there was dog barking that was petty loud, I think it came from nextdoor but close proximity. I wasn't bothered by it, but I'm not a light sleeper. I could hear it from inside the shower, with the water running, and with the bathroom door closed. Not much to do about it though, I don't think, just something to be aware of. There were nightstands on each side of the bed, which was really nice, but no beside lamp. Also no extra blankets. Not a big deal, I'll bring a small clamp on table lamp and a spare blanket with me next time. Overall, my stay was wonderful and I'm very confident I'll choose to stay here again.
