Located on the lower level this suite has a full kitchen, living room and dining area. It has a large bedroom and a King size bed. Located in a fabulous location, walking distance to the beach and famous West Bay Beach or Westend Village. Spend your day at our infinity pool and hot tub. Surrounded by tropical forest and landscaping, just steps from the beach. . There are two great restaurants Ibagari and Xbalanque directly below us on the beach for your dining convenience.

Casa Blanca has a 3 level contemporary Villa containing three separate rental units, as well as a studio casita. Set in a beautiful jungle setting, just 200 steps to the beach. Has a large salt water infinity pool and hot tub. An outdoor entertainment deck equipped with loungers, hammocks and patio tables. We provide the ultimate Caribbean experience! All the perks of a boutique hotel, at half the cost.

This is the lower level unit one bedroom suite. All suites have a private entrance and private deck. You have full access to all outdoor areas of the property.

We have a three person team her to assist you. Myself, my property Manager Dolly, (here 6 days a week from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM). We also have an excellent grounds keeper named Ramone who is here from Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 pm. Ramone only speaks Spanish but a translator works great!

Upscale community with two five star boutique hotels and restaurants, mostly rental or expat homes. Experience the hustle and bustle of west bay or west end or a completely relaxing atmosphere and vacation on property. We are a five minute walk to the Roatan Rum Company, Gumbalimba Park, South Shore Canopy adventures and zip line, and many other attractions!

Car Rental is available (we can arrange), taxi, and water taxi available from our dock. We have parking on site if needed.

We offer round trip airport transportation from the airport with a stop at the grocery store at the beginning of your trip, and then pick up at your suite and return transportation to the airport for $120 US. This makes check in and check out worry hassle free!

We offer the use of the laundry facilities during your stay for a charge of 20$

Great place!

I was very happy with my stay here. The room was very nice. I wish I would’ve had more time to enjoy the place itself, but I felt right at home and pleased with my housing. Location wise, you can also walk down to the water to take a water taxi into town.

So beautiful. We enjoyed the walk to the beach a couple times a day. It is a steep road but we love walking so this was not an issue for us. The pool area is wonderful and we loved seeing and hearing the birds. Our place was amazing! We utilized a shuttle to and from the airport with a stop at the grocery store. Moises was a great tour guide and took wonderful care of us! We had plenty of natural sunlight in the bottom condo and would choose this place again.Thank you Guy!

Perfect location, great amenities and super clean!!!

This property is within walking distance of both West Bay and West End, which makes it a perfect retreat at the end of an active day as it is quiet. The pool and hot tub are nice treat especially after a busy day on the beach. The property is very well maintained and includes the use of kayaks, paddle boards and snorkel gear! Pick up and drop off from the airport or ferry is part of the stay which is a big plus for first time visitors like we were and made the experience very easy for us. As well the driver did a stop at the grocery store (bonus). The owners Jason and Allison go to great lengths to make sure that their guests have everything that they need, answer all questions promptly and are just a fabulous couple. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment below for 9 days and were very comfortable. There are two other levels of the home each having 2 bedrooms for rent as well and I know that when we come back with friends to the beautiful island of Roatan this is where we will be staying! Thank you Jason and Allison for sharing your lovely piece of heaven with us!! We will definitely be back!! Moe and Ilona :)

Great quiet place to stay

Very convenient place to stay as easy drive to West Bay or West End. Also just walk down the hill to the beach and get water taxi. Very quiet even with other guests staying there. Had trouble with speed off wireless internet and Guy ran a cable to our room so that I could get work done as needed. Thanks Guy for the great time!

Outdoor pool amazing, over all needs improvement.

First of al it his property is in a lush jungle like area, located at least 400 steps from the beach. (Note very steep hill). 2 restaurants located at the beach and others near by. Pool isn’t heated but, I personally didn’t mind that. We rented a lower suite not realizing there was 3 levels as the pictures weren’t accurate. Quite dark in this suite. Kitchen was lacking useful utensils for everyday cooking. Shower was a tad grungy and there was bad mold on the shower curtain. If I was to stay at this property again I would definitely stay in one of the upper suites. They DO supply T.P and Paper towel. Pretty much everything else you should get. Remember that I’m only commenting in regards to this lowest level suite. Still had a great time on the island!

Fantastic time, great hosts

The property was as advertised. It is in a residential area but not a crowded one. It is located between West Bay and West End with about a 2 minute walk up the road from the beachfront Ibagari resort. For us this was ideal because we could walk or take a water taxi to either area. West Bay has all the activities and West End has the small shops and local, less touristy restaurants. West End is the closest spot for re-stocking groceries that you did not buy on the way to the property. The 1-bedroom was enough room for 2 people and the kitchen was good for small meals but had no oven. The pool was great to have and like all the grounds kept up very well. Alberto, the grounds keeper, is there 6 days a week and is very helpful (but speaks only Spanish). There are two 2-bedroom units as well. The fanciest is the top floor unit and is the one seen in the pictures of the grounds. You need to be cautious if you cannot walk on hills or up/down stairs, but I'm 60 and not a gym-rat and had no problems. The property manager, Marco is located in West End and can answer questions and get you connected to whatever you might need. We had the advantage of having the owners at the property during our stay. They are great people and treated us like family - even driving us around on occasion. I cannot say enough good things about them. I will always choose this property when returning to Roatan.

Stylish quiet place close to a beach and west end/west bay.

We had a great stay, enjoyed the place and enjoyed some of the extras like airport rides, using the paddleboard and kayak. The pool and hottub were a nice touch to the weekend as well!! Would reccommend for best value in the area!!

Nice apartment, but not for everyone

This listing has beautiful grounds, is modern with all the amenities you need for a nice stay including a great pool and hot tub. However, we did not stay in the one bedroom which we reserved because of the stair situation. If you can go up and down stairs easily, you will like this unit. The photo of the stairs does not show the cement stairs leading to the wood stairs shown. There is no handrail and this was too difficult a situation for my husband to handle, so we asked to move upstairs to the two bedroom unit which had no stairs. Also, the path to the beach was a bit steep and rutted for both of us, so we used a taxi ever day to get to West bay beach which worked for us. If you are physically active and/or young, that should not be a problem and you will enjoy staying here.

Highly Recommended Home to Rent in West End/West Bay Roatán!

Jason and Allison have a true gem of a property. You will find yourself feeling spoiled. This property is far and above better than any hotel you will find in West End or West Bay. The location is situated above a quiet beach between West Bay and West End. Trust me when I say that this is absolutely ideal. There are two very nice boutique hotels to dine at below the property. There is a dock where you can easily flag a water taxi from or simply enjoy a cocktail and the sunset. The property is cared for by a kind, young man named Alberto. Alberto the groundskeeper was on site daily keeping the property in tip top shape. Alberto was also available to help you with the transportation of kayaks and paddle boards down the hill to the beach below. All the while, Alberto had a smile on his face. The pool and spa are amazing! They are well constructed and comfortable to use day or night. The location of the house is easy for taxies to pick you up and drop you off during the evenings if you wish to go to any of the communities for dinner, drinks or dancing. If you wish to stay in and cook you will find everything you need to do so. The apartment we stayed in was clean and comfortable, as well as perfect for our needs while in Roatán. There is also a huge bonus to staying at this property. The property is managed by Marco and Delzie Rosales. They are lovely individuals and highly involved in the community. Both Marco and Delzie will go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time possible. Trust me when I say that they know everyone and will easily and happily arrange any activity or necessity you could possibly wish for or need. I can not stress that enough, they will provide you with six-star service. They were helpful at all times and that is amazing! While staying on the property you will be visited by all sorts of wildlife, my favorite being the macaws that came daily to squak at their parrot friends on the property next door. I recommend you eat and drink at Xbalanque, The Landing, Creole's, Bambu,The Blue Marlin and Frank's Cigar Bar. If you wish to go diving, go diving with Quality Time Divers as they will provide you with a personalized and comfortable experience. They will also meet you at your dock and show you an amazing time. Ask for Tim, Marco and Otto.

Why they chose this property

My property is located just a quick two minute walk from the beach. Yo can either spend your day at the beach in West Bay with all the beautiful white sand, sun and ice cold cocktails or recover from night in West End Village beside our salt water infinity pool and hot tub. We are surrounded by lush jungle and tropical birds. The wild Macaws come into visit my birds every morning and every night.

What makes this property unique

Our property has a large sprawling relaxed garden. The pool and deck areas are secluded and perfect for sun bathing or spending the days getting to know the other guests from all over the world! Each suite has a large bedroom and a well appointed bathroom. the suite also has a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances big and small you may need to prepare a perfect meal. There is a comfortable living room area with a smart TV for the nights you choose to stay in. There is also a small deck off your entrance where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink.
