We checked in and left within 10-15 mins. Stains on the bedding, mold growing on the closet inside the children’s bedroom door, stains on carport, left over food crumbs on kitchen chairs, webs with dead bugs, dead bugs in corners and had a bad smell.

Following your stay, the carpet was professionally cleaned, and the closet doors were replaced after signs of previous water-related wear were identified. As this is a pet-friendly basement apartment, preventative pest treatments are routinely performed to help minimize occasional bug activity. Our accommodations was perfect for our brief stay in Lynchburg. We spent more time at the University than at the house, but our accommodations were comfy cozy. We were grateful to stay here rather than a hotel. Thanks for the hospitality and experience.

Convenient location with easy access to Liberty and Lynchburg. Unit is entire basement and was quiet except for the pump kicking on every time you flush the toilet or use the shower. Everything was clean and as functional - very unique decorations. Neighborhood was ok - quiet street but an abandoned building across the road was a little sketchy- still we felt safe. Gas station just down the road, otherwise 10 minutes from other stores.

The place was very clean and worked for what we needed. The beds were not very comfortable and when I tried to touch base with the property manager I got no reply.

Perfect Getaway in Lynchburg

We had such an amazing stay at this location. It was close to everything! Super easy check in, fully furnished location, stove, laundry, awesome shower, just everything was perfect. There was soooo much room here, and it was super accommodating for our husky puppy we brought. Definetly will stay here again next time in lunchburg. Things we did: Disc golf world championship, bowling. Places we went: apocalypse ale works, the water dog, brauburgers. There was a food lion, bk, and gas station all very close to the house. The property owner was soooo sweet. She made sure we had everything to enjoy our stay. Thank you so much for a great stay!!!
