Notice of Exterior Wall and Balcony Repair Work
Please be advised that exterior wall and balcony repair work will be carried out on the property. We kindly ask that you take the following information into consideration when making your reservation.
Construction Period:
October 27, 2025 – Approximately 6 to 12 months (subject to change)
Work Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Construction Method:
A gondola-type suspended scaffold will be used for exterior wall work. Please expect noise, vibrations, and sanding during operations.
Balcony Access:
Balconies located within the work areas will be closed for safety. Access to lanais may be restricted during the project.
Pool Closure:
For safety reasons, the pool area will remain closed for the entire duration of the construction. Entry to the pool area will not be permitted until all work has been completed.

Construction schedules frequently change or extend beyond the original plan. The construction period may be modified without prior notice. Please review and understand the following points before booking:
For privacy, please keep curtains or blinds closed during working hours.
Depending on construction progress, work may begin before 8:00 AM.
Access to individual lanais will be restricted during the exterior repair work.
Fine dust may enter the building during construction.
Weather and other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays or extensions.
Noise may affect units even if they are not directly within the construction zone.
All construction dates and details are subject to change or extension without notice.

The Marine Surf Condominium is located right in the middle of Waikiki. This is a breezy and cozy corner unit at Marine surf. The unit was renovated in May 2011.
