Cozy, Modern Waikiki Condo in the Heart of Waikiki

Welcome to our cozy studio condo in the heart of Waikiki. Our central location makes it easy to explore all the sights and entertainment that Waikiki has to offer and is just minutes from world famous Waikiki Beach. With a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and air conditioning for your comfort, our studio is the perfect home base for your Hawaiian adventure.

**Parking**
Paid parking is available in the building for $40 per 24 hours, with free in & out privileges. There is also a $4 per 30 minute rate as well. Paid street parking is available around the location and the rate is $3 per hour, with a 2 hour maximum.

Aloha,
Please be advised that our building is currently undergoing a plumbing retrofit project, expected to continue until December 2024. As part of this project, plumbing work will be conducted in select units. While this may not occur near or on your floor, there is a possibility of construction noise from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding. Mahalo Nui Loa!

***Water Shut Off Notice***

As part of the plumbing project there will be water shut offs during certain weeks. Shut offs will only take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. During these dates we will be offering a 50% discount for the inconvenience. Mahalo for your understanding.
