The space

Complete with a queen sized sleeper sofa with all of the finest linens necessary to make you feel right at home. Curl up on the couch and watch your favorite movie with full Netflix, Hulu, Vudu access. Or watch the game and become immersed in the 65" 4k TV and state of the art Samsung Dolby Atmos sound system. No need to go upstairs, as this level is complete with it own full beverage center.

2ND FLOOR LIVING: Our love for design and attention to detail continues as you walk up the stairs into the second living room. Floor to ceiling glass doors slide together to reveal a balcony with seating for 3 to watch the sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee or the sunset in the evening with your favorite vacation libation. Living Room is complete with queen sized sleeper sofa with all of the necessary linens, Roku enabled 65" TV, and Bang & Olufsen sound system.

Italian linen covered Purple brand mattress is sure to help alleviate any pain you have from your day at the beach. Roku enabled 55" TV and bluetooth sound system offers you a complete entertainment package. Sit back and read your favorite book in the comfy linen chair tucked in the corner.

GUEST BEDROOM 3: Whether for a child or a couple, you will not be disappointed with this bedroom. A queen sized Purple brand mattress covered in Restoration Hardware linens, duvet covered down alternative comforter, and plenty of pillow choices certainly won't leave you wanting for much. Roku enabled 55" TV and bluetooth speaker give this room all the comforts of home.

It is just 5-10 minute walk away from some of Clearwater Beach's TOP attractions, shops, spas & restaurants, not to mention the dead center of Clearwater Beach, PIER 60, which has boardwalk entertainment, a playground and other fun attractions for the family! Best part, you won't have to worry about dealing with parking garages or meters! Come and go as you please with ease!
