This was our second visit to Clearwater Beach.We were a party of 4 adults and 3 children: this property and its location was perfect, spotlessly clean and had everything you needed. Plenty of beach gear, bicycles and fishing rods for the children.It was a perfect holiday and we cannot wait to visit again.George was a good host, he was very helpful and responsive.

Best rental experience of my life! George is a host who goes above and beyond. The condo is in an amazing location - walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The property itself is in impeccable condition, has beautiful views and stocked with everything you might need. I will absolutely book again if we decide to vacation in Clearwater. 100% recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this tri-level condo! The condo was extremely clean and even better in person than it appeared on the VRBO site. The kitchen was very well stocked, making it easy and enjoyable to cook meals for our group. The location was perfect...just a short walk to the beach and the island market. We also loved having access to the bikes and rolling carts, which made getting around and carrying beach gear so convenient. The pool area with the gas BBQs was fantastic for entertaining and spending time together with family and friends. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything seamless. All of our family and friends had an absolute blast, and we’ve already decided this will be our future place to stay whenever we visit Clearwater!

We had a great stay! Easy to walk to everything. House had both high chair and pack-n-play for an our 1 year old. There was even a baby gate on the main floor for our use. Loved being right on the water so the kids could fish. We saw dolphins every single day. The community pool was good and not very crowded.

Great place for families!

We loved this place! There were lots of extras that weren’t listed that were great too (pack and play, two high chairs, beach wagon, beach toys, chairs). A little bit of a walk to the beach but definitely doable!! Would definitely stay again!
