Ideally located to enjoy the beach. Well equipped with beach chairs & towels . The ice-maker kept freezing up but was adequate The hot tub was enjoyed by all . A great stay.

Nice property with plenty of room inside and out. Convenient location very near both Atlantic beach access and a public boat ramp on the Tolomato river. Convenient access to restaurants, local historic sites, and other attractions as well.

Great weekend get away!

The house was in a great location, close to the beach. The check-in process was outlined very clear and very easy. The house and property were very clean. All was perfect making for a great weekend.

Weekend stay for a wedding on the beach

House was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. Owners responded quickly to all our questions. Nice Grocery store down the street made it easy to stock up. Kids loved their own rooms instead of sharing a hotel with Mom and Dad.

Highly Recommend!

First, the process was easy and gave us plenty of details about the property and what to expect. The house was so clean and modern, yet we felt at home and relaxed. Extra chairs and umbrellas and towels for the beach was a huge plus! There were plenty of bathroom towels, etc too! Walk to the beach was easy and the beach wasn’t busy with tons of people either. Local restaurants were wonderful with little to no wait. We had a great stay and plan to return.

Amazing Family Vacation Home

It’s always so hard to find a home to accommodate my family. We have 4 children and this home was perfect. We were so close to the beach and all of the beach public parking that was near the home was free to park. The beach wasn’t crowded or full of party people at all! The home was so spacious and decorated beautifully! There was more than enough blankets, towels, dishes! The home was very clean as well and the guest contact was so helpful and always responded right away. We will definitely be coming back :)

We were shocked to walk in on an unknown couple sleeping in a space under the kitchen when one of our couples arrived late in the evening. We had no idea it was a shared property and this was very unnerving. We were on our guard the rest of the stay and asked the “cleaning person” the next morning why this wasn’t made clear in the listing, and weren’t given a satisfactory answer. The property was beautifully decorated and very clean, with the exception of mold on the master shower curtain, and the exterior landscaping was sadly full of weeds with dead plants in pots. There were several opportunities for relaxing outside, but the outdoor furniture was ripped and deteriorating, so this was not as enjoyable. We covered the furniture in beach towels. However it was so nice to have access to beach chairs, bikes and beach towels and the location was lovely. A mixed and lively experience for sure!

The home is listed with shared spaces, including a secured area that leads to a shared laundry and garage, and each unit has its own private, locked entrance. We understand how this may have felt unexpected and will review how this is communicated to ensure clarity for future guests. We also appreciate your feedback on the outdoor furniture and landscaping. Coastal conditions and recent weather have impacted the exterior, and we’re actively working with our landscaper and exploring updates to the furnishings. The shower curtain has also been addressed.
