Great Restaurants within 2-3 miles. Just 4 blocks north is Caps on the Water. This Restaurant was ranked # 9 most beautiful Restaurants in the United States. A must stop. Others are The Reef, Oceanside, and Beaches of Vilano, which has a Tiki Bar, Music on Weekends and good Food and sunsets.
This house has 3 bedroom, 3 Bathroom and is just 50 steps from the beach. This beautiful beachy chic home is filled with all new furnishings and vintage decor. The open floor plan and new Kitchen has entertainment for Adults and seperate area for kids. All this throughout makes the 1520 sq ft house live even larger. With 2 master suites both with private baths, 1 standard bedrooms . It makes for a perfect family reunion or a friends getaway.
Driveway for easy 2-4 car+ parking
There are 4 Beautiful 600 sq ft decks that provides great space for entertaining, sunning and relaxing. Roof Deck for Adults only - Tanning, stargazing. There is also a gas grill for BBQs.
Less than 100 feet from the beach and three blocks from the river, hosting beautiful sunsets.
Nestled on a barrier Island only 60 steps to the Atlantic Ocean on the East and a 5 minute walk to the Intercoastal Waterway on the West. A 20 minute drive to the home of the PGA at TPC Sawgrass, and a 2.5 hour drive to Disney World
Ocean and river front dining available in the neighborhood and historic downtown St Augustine is just a quick drive over the bridge!

I am a local Floridian and have lived in St Augustine for over 15 years. My partner is from Estonia and we both enjoy the area. Having three vacation rental gives us plenty of experience for providing a quality home for guests.
Why they chose this property
Location is what you are getting from this house. Recently remodeled give this a old Florida home feeling but has been Furnished to keep it as a traditional "Beach House" atmosphere.
