Close to the sea, this semi-detached house is located in a flowered condo, with no cars, near the port and all shops. It is ideal for a couple and 2/3 children, but can host up to 5 people (up to 4 adults).

68 sq m, 2 floors, open onto a tiny garden (where you could have a sunny breakfast), it comprises, downstairs, a large equipped kitchen and a living/dining room with a couch. On the 1st floor, there are 2 nice bedrooms (1 double bed under a loggia with a single bed for the first one, and 2 single beds in the other, with a baby crib at your disposal), a bathroom and separate WC.

The kitchen and the bathroom will be renovated this year. In case the rental takes place before this revotion, a rebate of 40% will apply.
