Driving down the red gravel road into Villa Saltus, surrounded by bush land, you will immediately ease into holiday mode by the Tuscan inspired design of this home. Villa Saltus is all about spacious and relaxing living with entertaining in mind.

The open plan concept of the home makes it the perfect location for family holidays or a weekend away with friends that call for slow mornings, endless long lunches or lazy afternoons, whilst still retaining an intimate and cozy vibe. The kitchen and dining area is spacious and flows into the formal sitting area. The large fireplace will keep you warm during the cooler months.

Outside, a large wrap around veranda runs off the living area, with various breakout areas, where you can fully unwind and appreciate the views across the treetops. Guests can enjoy smaller, more intimate moments by the outdoor BBQ fire pit, wine and dine under the olive trees, or relax and unwind on the pool deck.

The Pool Deck offers an unparalleled luxury experience, featuring a stunning cedar hot tub that invites relaxation under the stars, an Odin ice bath perfect for a invigorating cooldown, and a cedar barrel sauna providing a serene escape for detoxification and tranquility.

On the ground floor guests can choose from a queen bedroom and a bunk room that sleeps four guests. Adjacent to these two rooms is a bathroom with a shower and heated towel rails. A small powder room is also located on the ground floor.

Upstairs take your pick of the luxurious king bedroom with ensuite, or the queen bedroom with an office desk and monitor to plug in your laptop if working remotely during your travels.

All bedrooms are equipped with oil heaters for the cooler months and there is plenty of fire wood available to keep the fireplace going. Linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided for all guests. The bathrooms are supplied with locally made shampoo, conditioner, body and hand wash for your convenience.

Other amenities include two TV’s with access to free Wi-Fi and streaming services, Sonos sound system inside and outside the house, two BBQ facilities, two hair dryers, laundry with washer and dryer and laundry detergent, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and essential kitchen and pantry items to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Two Porta Cots, including cot linen, and one high chair for infants and babies are available upon request.

Around the property you will find plenty of space to unwind, with native plants and trees providing protection and shelter from the seasonal weather as well as providing privacy for you and your guests. The house has a number of boardgames, outdoor garden games and a trampoline, perfect for families and guests of all ages. Or venture further and enjoy the nearby walking trails, local 4WD beaches and mountain biking trails during your stay.

PLEASE NOTE: The per night rate accommodates for up to six guests only. Guests numbers beyond that - up to 10 guests in total - will include additional charges to cover the cost of linen, towels and house services. Please let us know how many guests are included in your booking for bedding and towel quantity purposes prior to your stay.
