Unit 404. 4th floor gulf views! 2 beach chairs and umbrella included!

Come learn about the secret hideaway that is Okaloosa Island! So much on the island that you don't have to leave. Avoid the traffic of Destin, crowded beaches of a high rise, and enjoy vacation the way it should be, stress free!

We provide beach service March- October. There will be 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up for you each full day of your stay!

Aqua Villa is a four-story, 24-unit condo building directly on the beach. Amenities include a large swimming pool, elevator (PLEASE NOTE: THE ELEVATOR IS CURRENTLY DOWN AND NOT OPERATING. EXPECTED TO BE UP AND RUNNING NOVEMBER 2024. CONTACT US ABOUT OUR 1ST FLOOR UNIT!), common grilling area, grass and fenced area for kids to play, poolside lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. Because it is a smaller building, it provides a sense of intimacy with its environment of rustling palms, the scent of the gulf waters and the ever-present sound of the surf.

Conveniently located close to grocery, restaurants and shops, you won’t need to travel far for supplies or amenities while you vacation on the shore. A convenience store and post office located across the street provide for your immediate needs without even getting in your car.

We spend as much time on Okaloosa Island as we can. Depending on the type of trip you desire, we are happy to provide recommendations for your trip. Restaurants, water activities, shopping, golf.. don't hesitate to ask us!

Great Stay

Cozy Condo with great beach access. There were some renovations going on to the building, but nothing that bothered us. Unit itself was perfect for us with plenty of space. Great communication with hosts as well. Would go back!

Love a small complex!

Small complex so no elevator waits, steps to pool and just a few more to the beach. Unit was clean and nice. Even free beach chairs and umbrella.

Awesome, beautiful

I rented the place for family for Thanksgiving . I was unable to make it, But my family that did go said it was so awesome. The beach was right out the door. The floor plan was perfect for vacation. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a very nice vacation. Very reasonable priced. We will be using them again. Thanks for making our stay wonderful.

Clean and beachfront

We underestimated how short a walk it is to the beach! With chairs included it was the most convenient access we've ever had. We stayed here for the cleanliness reviews and were not disappointed. The floors were immaculate. (And that back bathroom is amazing) Even the little things, like a hair dryer and plentiful coffee filters are available. My only complaint is the walls are a little thin, so you may hear music IF you have loud neighbors, but that's par for the course... and our 5-year-old slept right through the noise. The king sized mattress was super-comfortable as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Open the door and there is the beach

We have stayed at this property previously. When we arrived it was just as immaculate as we remembered. Our main reason for choosing the property was the location. The beach is literally right there. Open the door and listen to the waves crashing on the beach. The air conditioning is delightful on hot days but each room has a ceiling fan. The building only has 24 units in total. The property manager and his wife are onsite and helpful if you have any questions. Also, the Shavers’ are just a call away as well. We enjoy coming to Aqua Villa where is not a mega resort, it’s quiet with a pool, laundry room, an amazing view where an umbrella and two chairs wait for you on the beach daily. It’s just a short drive to activities for fun. Not to mention a convenience store is across the parking lot. If relaxing is what your looking for then look no further. Watching the dolphins from the balcony daily to the sunsets every evening.

Better than you can imagine!

Pulling up to the building, it is plain. When we went to get on the elevator there are carts that are there to help you take your things to your room-so convenient! We got off the elevator, turned the corner and there it was-the beach, the water, the 2 chairs and blue umbrella(that are set out for you daily). We found our door, opened it and WOW. Amazing. It was like coming home. Comfortable, clean, everything where you could find it. Plus little things like the chairs to put out on the balcony in the morning to watch the dolphins swim by in the morning, bring back in for the next days viewing. We also saw stingrays gliding in the surf. Aqua Villa is a gem. However, the Shavers' have made it fantastic. From the binder with restaurant menus, to the spa like shower. You can lay on the couch and watch the ocean. It is not far from Destin, just a short drive from Aqua Villa where you will find Harborwalk, outlet mall, interesting restaurants-like McGuires or Deweys . If relaxing is what you have in mind, laying by the pool or hanging out at the beach this is for you. There is a onsite person who is helpful and very nice-we forgot our parking pass and he was kind enough to print one for us. The laundry room is close to the elevator and we did a load. Bring quarters lol. There is also a Tom Thumb within minutes, we grabbed some coffee we forgot. The pool was cleaned 3x when we were there(we stayed a week). We are ready to come back next year, maybe even sooner. I am a review reader to gage whether or not I will purchase or go somewhere. Well. this is a sure bet. The Shavers' are just a text away if you would need anything or have a question. So book a week and head on down to the Emerald Coast.

The condo was clean, updated, and ready upon our arrival. Had everything we needed. It was quiet and our neighbors were friendly. The view was fantastic. The beach was less crowded than other spots close by. The owner stayed in contact with us. Great experience. The only negative I have is the elevator was a bit scary and the traffic as expected was terrible.

My family enjoyed staying at Aqua Villa. I was a little worried when we first arrived because the building is dated. I Didnt know what to expect. Got to our room and the condo was beautiful. Great trip

We stayed during a short weekend getaway and enjoyed the property very much. The recent renevations made the condo!! It is located on the beach and we were able to observe dolphins swimming by several times from our room. The area is quite and temperatures perfect for sitting in the living room with the window open listening to the ocean. Looking forward to another visit.

Absolutely one of the cleanest best units in aqua villa this far. Owners were extremely nice and helpful. My family and I have stayed here 2 to 3 times a year. First time an owner contacted me upon arrival. I heard nothing but nice things about John around the property. He is one of the most liked and optimistic property owners there. The view can't get any better period.....AMAZING👏 I will book only this unit from here on out, unless its booked. Thanks John for allowing us to experience we will cherish forever.
