Unit has 1 bedroom on the main level and a massive loft area offering a 2nd bedroom with 2 queen size beds. Futon in living room. Super cozy unit offering a controlled radiant in floor heating system, large covered deck area with a NEW hot tub.

Pet-friendly. Rental cost includes utilities, internet, hot tub maintenance.

Arrangement for rental can be discussed and tailor-made to be weekly, monthly (or other) depending on what you may be looking for.

Could be ideal for people or small families looking to be close to the Penticton area (25 minute drive) who may want to be
away from the "smoky" summers, but still be close enough to enjoy what Penticton offers. The mountain itself is quiet over the summer, (though does have residents) - has great trails for mountain biking, hiking, is close to Nickel Plate lake for other outdoor activities (boating, camping, etc.).
