Great relaxing break

A lovely, relaxed place with superb views of a beautiful wild beach. The house is very clean, comfortable and well set up with everything we needed. We were made to feel very welcome and the baking and tomatoes were amazing, thank you! Highly recommend for a getaway.

The home was excellent for what we wanted. Very comfortable, not everything brand new....thankfully! I feel a bit anxious if it like a show home, I like to feel I can relax. Great dinning table for board games, kitchen had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. The home baked biscuits delicious...maybe too delicious, as we ate quite a lot of them. View to the beach was great, lovely to hear the surf, and only a few metres walk and you are on the sand. Easy walking on the beach, my little dog love running along it. Would definitely be happy to book again.

Comfort with beach views

Great views from a very comfy and inviting house. Well suited for my husband, I and our two tweens. They loved their time at the beach. A brilliant boardwalk between the house and the actual beach. We hope to visit again and stay longer than one night!

Born & raised in the Kaipara, I've returned to 'my roots' from working around NZ & overseas. I love the area and all it has to offer. I lead a very busy life and travel for my job (Ops Improvement Manager) so enjoy it when I'm home.

Why they chose this property

The west coast is beautiful. Although rugered at times, it cleanses the mind and soul...bring inner peace.

What makes this property unique

The view...the warmth of the home....comfort on many levels
