The house had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the large balcony at the front and beds were comfortable. Owner of the house was easy to contact and very helpful and friendly when we needed advice.

An amazing little family getaway with kids from 8-18! Great base to explore the island, just a wander down the street to the beach and gutter bar. Loved the smoker, pizza oven and plenty of games for a rainy day. Paula was fantastic and the house is well stocked with all you will need

A great long weekender!

We had the best 2 week holiday. The house was perfect for our needs, we loved the big verandah and bbq. It was close enough to the beach and Gutter Bar for us to walk if we wanted to. Our host Paula went above and beyond, staying in touch to check that all was ok with the house, and also help us out when we needed advice for barges/travel etc.

Cozy, fresh and well equipped

Modern house with great outdoor area, clean and well equipped. Easy accessible location within walking distance to the world famous gutterbar. Host Paula made our stay pleasant and most likely anyone’s too. Highly recommended. Will be back.

Fabulous House

Hamptons Style beautifully appointed Beach House

We loved the location of this beautiful fully equipped beach house. Walking distance to the world-famous Gutter Bar and the bay. Great fishing on the oean side and in the gully. 4 days spent here for an adult family reunion creating special memories felt like home from home. Saw whales, dolphin manta and sting rays and the fishing was excellent. Thanks for allowing us to share your special home Paula (an excellent host)

Great house for a family getaway

Well equipped house. Super comfortable stay. Streaming was appreciated on the rainy days. Access to Kooringal is difficult if you are not used to 4WDing. But this is all explained in the listing

Unspoiled Moreton Island

Awesome experience being on the world's third largest sand island. The Ware House is perfectly located to adventure the entire island throughout the day then sit on the beach, just a 2 minute walk away to watch sunset or thunderstorms over Brisbane. The home has everything you need and more. Paula was excellent to deal with and her neighbours made us feel at home. We'll be back ;)
