Perfect Location for a baseball getaway!

The venue was great! The rain kept us off the patio but the amount of room inside allowed us to play games and relax in comfort. We had all we needed to make this a great vacation! Communication was superb and we were lucky to find on street parking every time we needed it. The plus was that we were a quick Uber ride away from Great American Ballpark!

July 4th

Excellent stay over the holiday with great view of downtown and fireworks. Location is superior and we really enjoyed a short walk to restaurants, bars, and UDF. Easy to park and get to downtown. The house has all the space we needed and certainly allows for members to have their own escape while still being together

Nice!

We stayed for my son’s wedding. Great location for attending all the events. Very clean! I do think it would be helpful for families with young children to know about the spiral staircase to the downstairs kitchen area and open rail on the main floor. It was dangerous for children. Otherwise a very nice house!

A lot of stairs but spacious. Property could use some upkeep as well. It turned cold and the place took 2 days to heat up. Property managers did not help-we went out and bought heavy blankets and two space heaters which definitely were needed. They never checked on us again either.

This is a unique house with a wonderful location. We were a group of 7 women. The spiral staircase connecting the bottom 2 floors is not friendly, and many of my group did not like it at all. The unit needs updating and care. The backyard balcony is bordered by a very overgrown, unkempt neighbor's area. It needs pruning. The balcony steps in the backyard are hard to see and could easily trip a person. The backyard rugs need to be replaced. The TV in the main area is very small and very old. The place needs updating and care.
