The house was an excellent choice for our 3 generation family of 6. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was quite well equipped and the living space was very comfortable. The property was very clean and there were lots of towels provided.We would have appreciated knowing the property included a basement apartment. It was initially disconcerting to hear noise below us. I think this should be disclosed in the property description. The hot tub was a lovely addition, however it was not ready for use when we arrived. The water level was low and the water was a little murky. Fortunately one of our group found chlorine tabs in the garage and was able to shock it so it was perfectly clean the next day. Daniel responded quickly to every request, including a new propane tank for the BBQ.The property could be equipped with better green bin and blue bag recycling in the kitchen. The neighborhood is lovely and was very convenient for visiting family in Fort Saskatchewan. We would rent the property again.

Mostly good, host was great

Was a bit difficult to reach host but when we did he was great to deal with. Had to fix a plugged vacuum to be able to do a light clean before leaving.

Family stay

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. It was very clean and had all the necessities. A few more dish towels would have helped. Beds were comfortable. We mainly used the place for sleeping. House is not very sound proof and would normally be no issue but with a tenant in the basement normal noice levels drew a complaint.

Very nice house

Very nicely decorated house with quality linens and well stocked kitchen appliances.Close to amenities and easy access to freeways. There was concern with the cleanliness of the floors, bbq and bathrooms. Could have had a heads up someone lived in the basement. The host was quick to respond with any questions you have. Overall a great stay and would stay there again.
