The Space:
UPPER LEVEL:
Upon entering, you'll be tempted to secure one of the two master suites, each offering a king bed and a lavish ensuite.
All four bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged on this level. Bedroom three provides the flexibility of two king singles that can be joined to create a king bed (please advise on configuration when booking).
The fourth bedroom is perfect for young ones, featuring two bunk beds and a trundle, comfortably accommodating up to five children.
The main bathroom presents a freestanding bath tub, shower, and separate toilet, adding to the sense of luxury.
Additionally, there's a dedicated work station and a cozy living space with ample seating. A floor to ceiling cupboard with every board game imaginable. As well as a sliding door to the balcony where you can unwind on the day bed, relishing the breathtaking view of Mount Coolum.
LOWER LEVEL:
Prepare to be enchanted by the well-appointed kitchen, a true delight for any entertainer. Equipped with an induction stovetop, electric oven, coffee machine, and all the essential pantry items, this space makes culinary endeavours a pleasure.
Embrace seamless indoor-outdoor living in the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, featuring generous glass sliding doors that open to the outdoor alfresco dining, lounge and pool area, complete with a Weber BBQ.
Located at the other end of the home is a media room offering comfortable seating, a 65 inch smart TV, sound bar and Playstation 4. Perfect space for the children to entertain themselves.
Other amenities on this level include a convenient powder room with access to the outdoor shower and a laundry with both a washing machine and dryer.
Lastly as you step outside, you'll be greeted by a fully fenced yard, surrounded by lovely gardens. No matter the season, the reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans ensure your comfort is paramount year-round. This is a very quiet community, please be respectful of our lovely neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
Our professional contractors service the pool and gardens regularly. It is a condition of booking to allow access so we can keep up to date with the servicing of these areas.
