This is an old house where the first floor has been remodeled. The first floor is clean. Towels in the bathroom are clean and thick. The beds are full size but not the most comfortable I slept on. Suggestions: please mow the grass on the front and back yard. They are not look very appealing. Also, the third or the fourth step on the front is broken. Very dangerous to step on. Must be fixed right away.

Short stay to learn about Lincoln

We decided to come to Springfield as our six year old wanted to see and learn more about Lincoln. We were close to everything we wanted to do and the home was a good space. If we would have stayed longer the kitchen and backyard would have been used more!

Cute house great location

I arrived on a weekday and requested an early check in. I was able to check in a couple hours early which was greatly appreciated. The house was on a fairly busy street, but inside was very quiet. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was also great for what we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again.

This house is close to downtown Springfield, has nice rooms, and the kitchen, dining, and living spaces were open (allowed for conversations between rooms while preparing meals). Overall, a solid rental for my needs!

Found this home while looking for somewhere to stay as we travelled to the Springfield area for a wedding. Couldn't have asked for a better fit for us. The home was just as advertised and shown in the photos. The home was very clean and had all the amenities we've come to expect during our travels. Communication concerning check-in and check-out instructions was great with no surprises. Would definitely recommend if you are in need of accommodations in the Springfield area.

Easy access to the property. Walked in and was pleasantly surprised at all the amenities and the general cleanliness of the home. Two bedroom one bath with washer & dryer in the very large basement. TV in both bedrooms plus one in the living room. Air & Heat was exceptional. Ample towels and linens.Did I mention the cleanliness?? Ample coffee and cookware. The three times I contacted the host….I was answered in 5 minutes or less. Exceptional

We didn’t have a good first impression. The second step at the front entrance was damaged and we had to step over broken concrete. This was a very unsafe condition. I am 84 and my wife is 82. The grass was very tall and leaves in every corner. The cover on the bathroom exhaust fan was very dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned for quite some time. We opened the window in the bathroom for ventilation and the window sill was extremely dirty. The front legs on one of the chairs in the living room were loose and the chair would have collapsed if someone sat in it. I have pictures of all this. Once we got past all that the house was generally clean and the beds were comfortable. I would not recommend this place.
