Beautiful, bright, spacious apartment. Very good amenities, it had everything we needed. A few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and buses. In a large complex with good facilities but still very quiet. Easy access with self check-in and very secure. Beach views from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing property and location

Was very impressed with property, location, onsite amenities and provision of basics (such as salt, pepper, cooking utensils, laundry detergent etc). Scarborough has a relaxed vibe and property was easy walk to cafes, pubs, restaurants and beach. Can’t fault at all and would come back in a heartbeat.

Excellent Property on Scarborough

We had a great time staying at Observation Rise. The apartment was nicely decorated and clean, the beds were comfortable, the balcony had a wonderful ocean view, and the extra amenities (exercise room, sauna, indoor pool, and outside lagoon) were all fantastic. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and they went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant and convenient stay. Restaurants and grocery stores were within walking distance, as was beautiful Scarborough beach. We are looking forward to staying here again the next time we travel to the Perth area.
