There is a café on the ground floor and the apartment is in walking distance to Seddon Park, Waikato Stadium, Waikato River, Hamilton Lake, the InterCity bus terminal, several supermarkets (mainstream and specialty), central shopping and an abundance of bars and restaurants.

In the bedroom you will find black-out curtains, a queen bed and sliding doors to the deck.
Fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning are found throughout the apartment. The dining room table make a great work space with near by power outlets. If relaxing is more what you are into there is a 55 inch TV and sofa bed.

I am born and raised in Hamilton. I know what it feels like to travel, stayed in some great places, and some that I wouldn't stay in again. It brings me much delight to be able to provide a nice place for people to stay, I have loved hosting and hearing how much people have appreciated my apartment.
Why they chose this property
I think its the best of all worlds, being down town, but also on the green belt (where we have our cricket grounds, parks and rugby grounds) so there is lots of grass and trees around. It is also walking distance to both the lake and the river. Then you also have a cafe downstairs and several supermarkets nearby.
