Perfect base for exploring the Dandenong Ranges, and a bit further afield, the Yarra Valley. Being at Mt Dandenong, one's so close to all the major places of interest in the area.
What a spectacular house with stunning views. The house is well setup for those planning a longer holiday or a weekend getaway with friend you will not be dissapointed.Everything was ready for us when we arrived from heaters turned on and iced champagne to prepared fire place. This huge oven/cook top - which is split with left have all electric and the right half wood fired for those needing the extra capacity and like having the high heat advantage this gives.
Richard has been the most accommodating and friendliest host I’ve experienced in a long time. The property was in incredible condition when checking in. All the amenities were described as per listing and fantastic. Richard even went to the extent of providing a full bottle of milk and a bottle of wine upon check in. Highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely return.
Excellent host. Magnificent views. A couple of very minor issues that were ironed out super fast by Richard . We all loved our two night stay here. Highly recommend
Beautiful property with an amazing view. Richard was easy to contact and helpful throughout. The sauna wasn't functioning at the time which was the one drawback.Would stay again.
It was overall a great and unique stay, the hot tub & sauna was definitely the highlight. Beautiful views and loved the oven that allowed us to cook pizzas. Cleanliness could be better, especially downstairs. The downstairs bathroom had black mould and the toilet was not clean. It also had a foul sewage smell.
We were 5 women staying for the weekend to celebrate a special birthday. We wanted a bedroom each which the host accommodated. The house was immaculate, clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and there was good heating to keep us warm in the chilly nights. The house lounge and deck had fabulous views looking toward Melbourne and we could even see the bay. Richard was a very responsive and generous host, even leaving us a bottle of bubbles to welcome us. We highly recommend this place to stay.
