About this property

Nostalgic retro apartment, 150m from Murray's Beach.

Nestled within an original Sawtell building, it radiates coastal charm. Sleep to ocean whispers, savor 'The Hilltop Store' café nearby, and explore shops and eateries along the tree-lined main street, a breezy 500m stroll. This haven combines convenience and charisma, crafting a distinctive coastal escape where cherished memories are made.
The space
Nestled at the rear of the block, this unit claims more than half of the building's space. A pathway leads to a leafy courtyard, reached by descending a brief set of steps.

The lower level encompasses the kitchen/dining area, seamlessly connected to the private courtyard. A generously-sized laundry boasts its own entrance, opening to a spacious hallway that doubles as storage space—an ideal spot for surfboards or bicycles. A straightforward bathroom completes this floor, featuring a shower over a bathtub, a vanity, and a toilet.

Ascending to the upper level, you'll be greeted by a sun-drenched sunroom with daybed or extra sleeping if required. The expansive primary bedroom awaits, graced with a queen-sized bed and distant ocean vistas, complemented by a built-in wardrobe. The cozy living space flows effortlessly into a second sunroom, adorned with louvers, perfect for both relaxation and extra sleeping space with a comfy double bed. Upstairs, views extend over gardens or offer tantalizing glimpses of the ocean, stretching as far as Smokey Cape. Open the louvers wide to invite in the invigorating sea breeze.
