Lovely, quiet condo

We were in Scottsdale for spring training. We got caught in a thunderstorm at the first game—we got absolutely drenched. It was nice to come back to the comforts of the condo to warm up and dry off. The condo had all the amenities we needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms updated and clean. Corner unit in the back was quiet. Plenty of space for 4 adults. Loved the supply of games to play. Nearby to great restaurants!

Recently remodled two bedroom condo, in older part of town. Kitchen well furnished will plenty of pot, pans flatware. New appliances. Great wifi and tvs with somewhat confusing thermostat for us seniors. Beds comfortable and bathrooms nicely redone. Plenty of paper towels, good TP and cleaning supplies. Washer and dryer worked well. Unit was in older condo unit on back side of complex. Had pool and hot tub.

Do Not stay here. Completely false advertising of this property. Beware! .

Ruined our family vacation. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED AS ADVERTISED. Lipstick on a pig property. Had to call everyday to get any help which is still not rectified. Property management company is a joke. Evolve property management company. Called within first 10 hours of arriving that the advertised heated pool is a cold plunge not heated. No one called back. Started communicating with VRBO daily which didn’t help a ton. Vacation is over and still no contact from booking guarantee department. Pillow are $3 ikea cheap, no spare bedding, only one bath mat for two bathrooms, 3 medium sized old towels per bathroom 2 face clothes and one hand towel for a week long. 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom hopefully no one has the runs. No Kleenex, no cleaning product to wipe counter or tables with. A few pods to do laundry. Pots are old thrift store crap that is not safe. Teflon coming off some of them. No spices like in description just salt and pepper. Dishes are thirst store specials with a mix of baseball game plastic cups. Enjoys other people’s junk left behind. Cant see which door is for the unit at night. Good luck finding it when all the lights outside are off and you fly in late. Parking stall is not the pic posted on the ad. This property is a joke . Rent a hotel it will be better value this this . Feel free to contact me for actual pics of all this property I’ll still be waiting over here for someone to call me back to deal with my ruined vacation. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:-The pool is indeed not heated, and the listing has been updated to accurately reflect this.-We sincerely apologize for the lack of communication during your stay. The previous property manager has since been replaced to prevent such issues in the future.-A refund was offered as well as assistance in finding alternative accommodations. We also provided a 20% discount for the inconvenience, which was accepted.-We're sorry that the linens and towels did not meet your expectations. The previous property manager took several items, but rest assured, we’ve replenished the stock with higher-quality replacements.Thank you for your feedback as we continue to improve for future guests!
