Check in was easy, and the owner was quick to respond to our questions. The neighborhood had access to restaurants and metro stops. After a long day exploring the apartment had all the amenities for us to relax. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome!!

LOVED this property! Great location within easy walking distance to metro rail, or if you’re trying to get your steps in, it’s a great city walk down to the Mall to see all the sights and history of our great country when the weather is nice.

Great Place to Stay in D.C.

The accommodations were excellent. Location was very convenient to restaurants & bars. Short walk to a few different Metro stations that could easily take you to the "Mall" and other locations in just a few minutes. Plenty of closet room if you are planning on staying in DC for more than just a quick weekend trip. Highly recommend you give this place a try if you are traveling alone or as a couple.

Central and clean

We loved the location and the space was a great size and had allwe needed. Very clean. So easy to get around from the U Streetmetro station nearby. Only suggestion is bigger coffee cups for these West Coast coffee drinkers.

terrible check instructions, found lockbox on way down to apartment, it was very dark, no outdoor light, code did not work. called management numerous times, texted emergency number, no answer. had to knock on neighbors apartment to get proper instructions who told me there’s more than one lockbox and the other was somewhere in dark on another railing near door. I was sorry to bother him, he says this happens often. wow, really? management contacts me next day telling me they just assumed I checked in; clearly they dont monitor whether you do. everyday at 8.30am upstairs neighbor kid can be heard through paper thin ceiling running around, yelling getting ready for daycare. if you want to sleep in, you cant. extremely loud for an hour. location was decent and apartment was clean, but this place needs to be honest to travelers about what to expect.
