We were happy here. Washer/Dryer was a big plus. Nice appt. Only negative was tromping around by the guy who lives in the unit above. He blamed his cats. It was not the cats.

Very comfortable apartment for a week’s stay. Close to everything we needed. Would definitely book again. Note: upstairs neighbor rises early, and therefore, so will you.

The house was perfect for our needs. It feels huge despite being an urban dwelling. The host is amazing, quick to answer questions. Information about the stay was plentiful and easy to understand. Highly recommend this host and location.

Perfect place for my 2 day stay my girlfriend. Pristine cleanliness, with all the amenities you would need, plus, phenomenal location. Host was excellent in providing detailed instructions, and assured availability in case there were any mishaps. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend the apartment and location. The host was responsible even in the middle of the night. I had a LOT of trouble with the lock box- but it could have been user error. It took me over an hour to get it to work, and I couldn't lock it on the way out, which was rough because I got in at midnight after a late flight. However very much recommend as place is super cute, and clean

DC exploration

This was an excellent spot for my 2 teenagers and I to stay while exploring DC. The location was an easy walk to the Metro (which we used daily), convenience and grocery stores, and great restaurants. Since we were managing a budget, pleased to find all we needed in the kitchen to cook for the week as well as a grill to cook out a couple of nights. As described, there was some notice of the occupants upstairs but it was typically brief and minor, mostly just the usual foot traffic, and never felt it was obtrusive or excessive. It was great having a king size bed since I was sharing with my daughter, and my son seemed comfortable on the pull out. The whole place felt cozy to relax in after long days exploring DC. Directions and communication were great, quick responses and helpful information. Highly recommend!
