Our relaxing weekend

We really enjoyed our stay in Cotter. The house was great. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. Everything we needed was close. Would defineteley stay again.

As advertised. Large 4-bedroom modern interior. Supplied with everything you would need. Immaculately clean, quiet location. Note: there are no closets or wardrobes in three of the bedrooms.

This property worked well for our family of 9. The property was clean and kitchen well stocked. We had a couple of maintenance issues which were resolved very quickly after notifying the property owner.

Perfeperfect if it just had cable packagect

We arrived shortly after the check in time and found that the site was not cleaned. The cleaning people stated that they were not informed that the previous renters had checked out. They were stripping the beds and other cleaning tasks when we arrived. They were able to swap bedding with another property but the inconvenience and timing just threw us off for our short stay.

My brothers and I come to this area at least once per year to ride our motorcycles in the Ozark Mountains and other great motorcycling roads in the area. This was our first stay at this property, and it has become one of my favorites. The home is accurately depicted in the photos and easy to find. The home was clean and tidy upon our arrival, and the space suited us well. We didn't do any cooking, but the appliances are all newer models, and the pots, pans, utensils, and table service seemed more than enough for a good sized group. Beds were comfortable, there was plenty of extra bedding available, and I greatly appreciated that shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided in each full bath. As motorcyclists, we also appreciated the spacious driveway and the availability of some covered space in case it rained (fortunately, it didn't). It's a short distance to the grocery store and our favorite BBQ stop (KT's in Gassville). All of this, and it has one of the best rental prices in the area - a very good value in my opinion. We will definitely stay here again on future rides!
