There is some of the most amazing wade fishing and fly fishing and kayaking right in the backyard. The home is a 3 bedroom 2 bath 2580 sq. ft. home with a large concrete patio area overlooking The White River and Bluff views. There is a fire pit (FIREWOOD NOT PROVIDED), a charcoal grill (CHARCOAL, LIGHTERS, LIGHTER FLUID NOT PROVIDED). There is a picnic table, plenty of outdoor furniture, 2 big decks and a covered carport. The home sits on 1.33 acres. We have 200’ of riverfront that we keep mowed and maintained. This home is not equipped with wifi. We have all the amenities of home including a 50” TV upstairs and a 55” TV downstairs with Dish, a DVD player with lots DVDs. Our home sits on The White Hole stretch of The White River which is World Famous for producing Trophy Trout! There is ample room for parking. This home is equipped with a Generac generator, so no matter what Mother Nature dishes out, you will not be without electric. The home is so close to everything, but yet private, peaceful, and quiet. We are literally surrounded by wildlife. We love sitting on the deck in the morning having our coffee watching the fog burn off the river. It’s an amazing way to start your day. We are constantly catching Browns, Rainbows, & Cut Throats off our property! There is plenty of room to fly fish, also. It is easy to launch kayaks and canoes from the property and drift down to The White Hole public access which is only 3/10 of a mile from the home, which has a free public boat ramp to launch your boats. Also, only 6.8 miles from the home is a great access to Bull Shoals Lake where we catch numerous small mouth bass, large mouth bass, walleye and an occasional striper. The lake is full of numerous fresh water species. It is a clear water lake that is great for snorkeling, scuba diving, spear fishing, and all boating activities. We also love watching the wildlife from the deck. We see Bald Eagles, golden eagles, great blue herons, and geese. We also see red fox, chipmunks, and deer. We are just a short drive from Historical Cotter, The Trout Capital USA, which is a small historical town with a couple of cafes, The1930 era Rainbow Bridge. Also Flippin has a Walmart Supercenter and a couple of fast food places. Gassville has numerous fast food places, convenient stores, Mexican food and Bbq, burgers and pizza! Mountain Home, which is just a little farther from Gassville, has pretty much anything you could need or want in a little town, including great shopping and 2 movie theaters. Bull Shoals sits on the lake and has 2 huge marinas. It has a state park with canoe rentals, hiking and fishing. Also in Bull Shoals are the Bull Shoals caverns. It has a couple of great cafes, bakeries, and a pizza place! It also has a couple of more upscale restaurants. Canoeing and kayaking on any of the many rivers in the area are breathtaking. Our favorites are the White River and the Buffalo River. There are plenty of trails for hiking, caves for spelunking, and antique shops everywhere.
The property has plenty of room for children to run and play safely. Family fun is just a short drive away through the beautiful Ozark Mountains to Branson which is just an 1½ - 2 hours from the home. There are year round shows, Zip lining, Silver Dollar City, & Branson Landing. There is also Mystic Caverns & Blanchard Springs Caverns just a short drive away & beautiful, historical Eureka Springs is only 88 miles away.
