It’s a lower lever unit with separate entrance and full privacy.The space offers one bedroom with a new queen sized mattress(new sleep country brand mattress). In addition to one new double sofa bed in the living room.pool table is available for more fun.

walking steps to centinneal community Center (850m, swimming pool) , parks, free tennis court(500m), supermarkets and lots of restaurants.
It’s closed to go station(1 kms).train goes to downtown with fewer stops compare to metro.

Cozy it is

It is a basement unit so steps are used to get in and out. So if steps are an issue then this is not for you. If you want an intimate location then this is what you want. It has a fully equipped kitchen, queen sized bed and storage and closet space. After day of being out and about, it was a comfortable place to come back to. Eateries are not far away. Vaughn Mills mall is a few minutes drive away. My wife and i like it. If you will be in Toronto for few days i recommend this as a place to stay

We were there watch our kids compete in the Toronto World Cup. This place is a little far away from the Pan Am Center with traffic but all the hotels were booked. We enjoyed our stay. Our host was very responsive. I brought a couple of things to his attention and he made adjustments right away. We appreciate your hospitality and thank you for all your food recommendations!
