Located in the middle of wine country in the small quaint town of Templeton. Minutes from wineries, tasting rooms and wonderful restaurants. Close to beaches, lakes, water park, shopping, zoo, hiking trails, golfing and Hurst Castle.

This is an amazing working 22- acre, ranch set right in the middle of wine country.
The ranch has Longhorn and black Angus/Wagu cattle, horses, goat, water foul, chickens, emus, peacocks, llamas, alpacas and best of all “Buster” our mini donkey.

What makes this property unique

It’s a one of a kind beautiful ranch. Sitting in the center of the central coast surrounded by oaks and vineyards, with amazing sunrises, sunsets, stary nights and all the beauty that goes with it.
