Cosy and private self contained retreat in a great location, pet friendly

Welcome to our charming Studio retreat with newly updated kitchenette. A delightful haven nestled in a peaceful riverside neighbourhood.

This updated private and self-contained space is perfect for solo traveller, couples, or small families seeking a relaxing and comfortable retreat. This studio is thoughtfully designed, exuding warmth and homeliness throughout. The open-plan living with welcoming ambiance, comprising a small and well equipped kitchenette, a cosy dining space, and a snug lounge area.

The retreat is located upstairs of the back building of the main property( waratah guest house is also a short stay holiday home). Access via left small driveway towards back of the house.

Across street there is a lushes green local park that leads to beautiful river side walk ways.

Convenience doesn't stop there, the studio is surrounded by fantastic choices of local restaurants and cafes all under 5 mins drive. Fancy some retail therapy? you can get lost in Indooroopilly shopping town which is 6 mins car trip.

Under 5km radius, you will also have access to famous Pat Rafter's tennis court, Tennyson exclusive golf course, Netball court and the list goes on.

Personal, Warm, Inner Brisbane Escape!

Absolutely loved my stay at this property. Mei was a lovely host and her consideration, attention to detail and genuine care for her guest's enjoyment is clear. Loved the welcoming feel and can't wait to return. Strongly recommend this lovely spot for anyone wanting a nice inner-city rental!
