Hello Jayesh, We're glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. I've made note of that spotty Wi-Fi and will have someone look into that. A welcome letter was sent out to you twice, to the email we have on file, I'm not sure why it wasn't received. We always encourage guest to check their spam mail, just incase. We stock all units with garbage bags already in the trash cans and ask guest to bring their own roll if more will be need. Thank you for letting us know about the towels, I will send your suggestion up. We look forward to hosting you again in the near future!
