Great place!

My friend and I come to place twice a year for fishing. We are always impressed with the cleanliness, functionality, and well maintained accommodation. This last time, a new dock was installed which makes our fishing days much more convenient.Another great time, and we are already looking forward to our next stay in the spring of next year.

First Class Accomodation Riverfront

This was our fifth time staying at this top class vacation rental. I find it to be extremely clean and organized with all amenities included. My friend and I have enjoyed staying here during our biannual fishing trips. We appreciate the scenic views of the river and Arkansas area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable as are the baths, kitchen, living room, dining room, etc. I would highly recommend this outstanding place to stay.

2nd stay in 3 months

I left a longer review last time we stayed. Great place. Less than 2 mins from dry run creek. Kids caught 15 trout from the dock too. Super clean. Brand new. Very comfortable. My last review, I mentioned pictures being from the Buffalo River. I realized later that that is a VRBO mistake, not a listing mistake. After I booked, VRBO showed a picture of a different river in “my trips”. But it’s not a listing error. Just wanted to correct my previous review. Great place. Will stay here over and over. Thank you!

Great location for Dry Run Creek

We were extremely happy and pleasantly surprised with this property. Everything is brand new, super clean, and very comfortable. The location to Dry Run Creek was amazingly convenient and our kids were also able to catch fish right off the dock. We booked it kind of last minute and didn’t know how nice it would be. We were extremely happy. The only thing that made me not give 5 stars across the board was communication with Evolve. Prior to our stay, I sent 2 messages to Evolve and did not get a response. It was not any big deal, but I’d want to know if I was the property owner. There was one picture in the listing that’s of Steele creek on the Buffalo River, which is not near this location. For a non-local, that could be a bit misleading. And you have to search the listing to see that it’s a 2 unit property. That was why I have 4 stars on accuracy. We loved the place. We plan to book again this winter. Thank you for letting us stay.
