* Please note that the Emerald Isle HOA is currently performing an ongoing balcony recoating project, where balconies could be unavailable. Additionally, due to an elevator replacement project, only one elevator will be available until the project has been completed. At this time, we do not have a completion date. We will update this listing when we have more information.

Spectacular views from this amazing 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 12th floor condo at Emerald Isle! Located directly on the white sands of beautiful Pensacola Beach, this property is the ideal place to relax and unwind.

The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas and is equipped with major appliances and plenty of counter space. Enjoy family meals at the dining table that seats four. The living room has large windows with amazing Gulf views. There is plenty of comfortable seating, including two small sleeper sofas. This condo also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Relax and enjoy the view or dine outdoors on the private balcony overlooking the swimming pools and Gulf of Mexico. The Gulf front master bedroom has a king bed, private bath, fabulous views and balcony access. The master bath features a large garden tub and shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and shares the hall bath with the living area. This 1,100 square foot condo sleeps six people.

On site amenities include two swimming pools, hot tub, sauna and fitness center. Shopping, dining and night life is just a short walk from this centrally located condo, making it an ideal location for a beach vacation.

The property was perfect for us. Lots of room, great kitchen, a little too hot for the balcony, but was nice in the early am and late pm. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. The fridge leaked a little -- but that was reported. Check-in and parking was easy. The beach was close and the pools were closer. We enjoyed both. Lots to do close by and great restaurants. Grocery stores close by. We wish we had reserved a few more days. Would stay here again. THANKS!

Great location with a spectacular view of the Gulf of America!!

Heated pool unfortunately it was crammed with kids, some unattended. The hot tub was the same and the jets would work till someone not knowing how to turn it on would crank on it and then it would be done for the day. The other pool on the property was the bigger but too cold to go in and I think that is why everyone was jammed in the smaller of the two. Life is never perfect, and I was very pleased with everything else. I will come back for sure. Would love to see an adult times for the pool as well. Thanks and God Bless
