Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are pleased to hear that you found the house and pool to be great! Regarding the front yard, we want to clarify that a portion of the front area contains the septic field. Because our islands are natural, coastal environments, shifting weather and humidity can occasionally cause odors to trap near the driveway and drainage areas, though the system itself is located far away from the home. Additionally, because of our beautiful, natural island setting, mosquitoes and no-see-ums are unfortunately a native part of the local ecosystem everywhere you go in the area, especially during certain seasons. We always recommend guests bring or purchase high-quality insect repellent to stay comfortable while exploring the island. We appreciate your stay and your feedback!
