Treme is known for its jazz clubs, soul food spots and cultural centers celebrating the neighborhood's African-American and Creole heritage. Congo Square in Louis Armstrong Park hosts concerts and outdoor movies. Colorful cottages surround the stately St. Augustine’s Church, while St. Louis Cemetery No. 1 has the graves of early residents, including voodoo priestess Marie Laveau. This home is ideally located within close proximity to numerous New Orleans landmarks including Jackson Square (2.1 Miles), City Park (3.1 Miles), Caesar's Superdome/Smoothie King Center (2.3 Miles), and the famous Metairie Cemetery (4.2 Miles).

Treme pulses with a rhythm all its own - brass bands drifting through the air, neighbors gathered on stoops, and the French Quarter glowing just a short walk away. This three-bedroom home drops you right into that heartbeat, while giving you a private backyard retreat, a plunge pool, and a custom arcade room to come back to when the city has worn you beautifully thin.

Living & entertainment
The living area is easy to settle into - comfortable seating, board games stacked and ready, and high-speed Wi-Fi for when you need to surface from vacation mode. The dedicated workspace in the common space means remote workers aren't left scrambling. The arcade room is the real crowd-pleaser though: classic arcade games and a game console make it a natural gathering spot before or after a night out.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests. Each room comes with a Smart TV, room-darkening shades, and cotton linens - everything arranged for a genuinely restful night. Clothing storage includes walk-in closet, closet, and dresser options, and hangers are provided throughout.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking. A Samsung gas stove and oven anchor the space, alongside a refrigerator, mini fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, and toaster. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and a baking sheet are all on hand. Bar seating at the counter keeps the kitchen sociable, and a dining table is set up for sit-down meals. Coffee is provided to get the morning started.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hair dryers. Fresh towels, hot water, and cleaning products are included - no hunting around for the essentials.

Outdoor living
The fully fenced private backyard gives you real breathing room. A plunge pool is ready for a cool-down after a day in the New Orleans heat, and outdoor furniture makes it easy to linger. Fire up the gas grill for a backyard cookout, or simply take your morning coffee outside and let the neighborhood sounds roll in.

Family-friendly features
Traveling with young children? A pack 'n play/travel crib (sheets provided) and a folding or convertible high chair with padding, straps, and food tray are both available upon request. Babysitter recommendations can also be arranged.

Treme is one of New Orleans' most storied neighborhoods - Congo Square is steps away, jazz clubs are around the corner, and the French Quarter is minutes from your front door. A private entrance and smart lock make arriving and settling in completely seamless. Free street parking is available for guests with a car. This is a strong base for Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, New Year's Eve, and any other time the city turns up the volume.
