The property has an iron, ironing board located in Laundry cupboard. Hairdryers are located in each bathroom with hair straightener in Ensuite.

There is a gas BBQ to the front and rear of the home and has its own LPG bottle. BBQ cooking utensils are found in the bottom drawer of kitchen. Please turn off Gas bottles after each use.

Fish cleaning station is located at the rear of the property for guest use. Filleting knife in kitchen drawer.

Pets allowed at property but must be kept out of bedrooms and furniture.

Please Note* The pool is unfortunately off limits to guests due to insurance purposes.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, oven, stove, fridge and complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar.
Maximum occupancy
The maximum number of guests shown on your reservation must not be exceeded. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight at the property.

No parties or events
Parties, events, functions and disruptive gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Quiet hours: 10:00pm - 8:00am
Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly during quiet hours. Excessive noise, loud music or disruptive behaviour is not permitted.

No smoking or vaping indoors
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. If smoking is permitted outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Pets by prior approval
Pets are welcome where included in your reservation or approved by Elevate Short Stays prior to arrival.
• Keep pets under control and prevent excessive barking or nuisance.
• Clean up after pets, including the garden and outdoor areas.
• Keep pets off beds and furniture unless the individual property rules state otherwise.
• Ensure pets do not damage the property, gardens or furnishings.
• Do not leave pets unattended where doing so may result in damage, excessive noise or distress.
• Guests are responsible for damage or additional cleaning reasonably required as a result of their pet.

Visitors
Please contact us before inviting additional visitors to the property. The property`s maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.

Respect the property
Please treat the home, furnishings and facilities with care. Damage, breakages or maintenance issues must be reported to Elevate Short Stays as soon as possible.

Parking
Please use designated parking areas only and do not obstruct neighbouring properties or accessways.

Rubbish
Please dispose of rubbish in the bins provided and follow the property`s waste and recycling instructions.

Security
Please lock doors and windows whenever the property is unattended and when you depart. Keys, remotes and other access devices must be returned as instructed.

Check-in & check-out
Please observe the advertised check-in and check-out times unless alternative arrangements have been approved in advance.

Commercial use
Professional photography, filming, events or other commercial use of the property requires prior written approval.
