Great cottage. Exactly as advertised - cozy furniture, lovely surroundings and gardens, easy parking. The beds are exceptionally comfy! Would stay again!
We really enjoyed our stay, especially how beautiful the property is. Sitting in the window of the cottage, watching the views with coffee, was exactly what we needed. We can’t wait to get back again throughout the summer months, but recommend booking a cottage at any time of year.

Some plates not clean. Dirt on the floor. One bed uncomfortable and blankets smelly. Hot tub at extra cost not mentioned at reservation. Nice location and good host.
We enjoyed the hot tub three times. The cottage is nice and is well equipped. The crackling wood fire inside enhanced the ambiance. The 10am checkout made it tight. A little more time to pack up and clean everything would have been nice. I would definitely recommend these cottages.
Fabulous location, all the extra touches, great rustic feel inside, in my opinion exactly what a cottage should be, but with really beautiful linens! Wood burning hot tubs areAbsolutely the best thing! Filled with sea water very therapeutic! The trails are great just a few meters from the door! The filtered well water tasted great, my favourite tea suppled, and a good quality BBQ and sharp knives toooo. Top staff. Very tidy little resort!
It’s a nice spot and great location as it’s not too far from Halifax. A short drive to Peggy’s Cove and Mahone Bay. The cottage was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were super comfortable. It has beach access and we used the salt water heated hot tub all three night.
This was my first booking on VRBO and the property did not disappoint. Very clean and quiet in a wonderful location (1 hour from the airport, close to Halifax, Peggy's Cove, and Lunenburg). Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Wood-fired hot tub was definitely worth it. Would come back again.
The cottage was extremely clean, well appointed and a beautiful view. Although we didn’t use the hot tub, it is definitely a great option. We will definitely book this again!
Our stay in Boutiliers Point was fantastic. The property was clean, comfortable, and incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy Nova Scotia's beautiful coastline. The location was ideal close enough to Halifax and Peggy's Cove for day trips while still offering a quiet retreat away from the crowds. We especially enjoyed the stunning ocean views and the tranquility of the area. The home was well equipped, exactly as described, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing East Coast getaway.
