Beautiful clean place right on Saint Margaret’s Bay. Close to Peggy‘s Cove and Halifax. Hot tubs are awesome. Everything you need to get away for a few days and enjoy and relax. Owners and staff very accommodating and helpful.

Property was great. Host was great. It is a bit far to travel to everything Nova Scotia. I put a lot of miles on the rental. If your main activities are Halifax you are golden. Peggy’s Cove is also close. I had a great time!

We fell in love with this property, everything was lovely. Perfect relaxation with the hot tub at the end of each night. Bed was so comfy and the place is so cute. Could do with some new kitchen utensils but all around its really great. Will definitely come back to nova scotia only if we book here again!

Friendly staff and nice location for exploring the surrounding area. The hot tub was great. Unfortunately the lack of cleanliness and property maintenance really let it down and did not reflect the four star rating. For this reason, we would not stay here again.

Nice spot close to Halifax and directly on the ocean. Hot tub worked well. Kitchen well equipped. Host was friendly and helpful. Terri cloth robes were useless as they were made of synthetic material that did not absorb water and should be upgraded to real cotton.

We were in cabin 6, amazing views of the bay. Simple check in. Room was clean and inviting. Kyle had beverages ready in the fridge for us per request. We had the hot tub package which was a great add on just know it heats up very quickly. Would highly recommend this place.

Absolutely perfect location, bumpy driveway if you have a smaller car, but the owners allowed me to park up top for the duration of my stay! Very clean, amazing communication, and helpful with getting the hot tub started!

We only booked this beautiful place for three days because we wanted to explore more of the island, but honestly, I wish we had stayed here for our entire trip!This is the perfect couples getaway. Mornings with coffee, evenings with cold beverages from the fridge around the fire or soaking in the wood-fired hot tub — it’s hard to imagine a more relaxing setting. You can curl up with a book on your private deck, relax in the private beach chairs just steps away, or head out for a paddle on the kayaks or paddle boards right outside your door.There is so much to see and do without even leaving the property, yet you’re also just a few minutes by car from so many other wonderful places to explore. It really gives you the best of both worlds — privacy and relaxation when you want it, and adventure just a short drive away.The hosts made everything so simple and easy for us, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I especially appreciated having laundry service available. After struggling to find laundry service at some of our other accommodations, this was such a thoughtful and convenient bonus.We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful spot to any couple planning a Nova Scotia adventure. If you’re looking for a peaceful, romantic place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy everything the island has to offer, this is it!PS: the hot tub was so fantastic we want one for our cabin at home - and very easy to maintain while we were there.

We had such a wonderful stay at this cute cottage! The location is absolutely perfect—right by the water. Each night we fell asleep with the windows open, listening to the soothing sound of the waves after enjoying a relaxing soak in the wood-fired hot tub. The onsite staff were lovely and went out of their way to share some of their favorite local spots to visit in Nova Scotia, which made our trip even more special. The cottage is also in a great spot for exploring, with easy access to downtown Halifax, Peggy’s Cove, and Lunenburg. We will definitely be back!

This is the perfect location for relaxing by the water on the beach, soaking in the hot tub, enjoying the view from the sauna all with access to many sites. We visited the boardwalk in Halifax, Peggy’s Cove, puffin tour, Chester, Lunenburg and Bay of Fundy. This was a clean cozy cottage to come back to each day and the bed was really comfortable. We loved going to sleep listening to the waves rolling onto the beach. I highly recommend this property! Such a fun trip!

An excellent, peaceful property perfect for a solo trip or couples getaway. I used my hot tub daily- it does not disappoint! The cabin is well equipped with everything you could possibly need including thoughtful touches like robes, ice in the freezer, and cooking oil, and salt and pepper. The kiln dried firewood is so easy to start and use that it makes enjoying the sauna, hot tub, or your private fire pit a breeze. Can't say enough great things about this property and the hosts are wonderful. I didn't have good luck ordering delivery but there are many options within a 10-15 minute drive including a large grocery store, pizza places, and liquor store. I toured the property during my stay and there are many cabins of different configurations and sizes including an awesome fully accessible one. Highly recommended.
